DO NOT do any kind of ordering from this place. We did a $300 pick up order, a lot of it was stuff we needed for our baby. When my wife got home, half of the stuff we ordered was missing and we got a ton of stuff that we didn't even order at all. So my wife had to go back up with our 1 year old who Is supposed to be going to bed but is now screaming and crying because the screw ups at Sam's Club can't do their job. Just another crappy store from a crappy corporation. We will definitely NOT be renewing our membership and we will be telling everyone we know to never go to this location.

I don't know how this place has so many good reviews. It might be worse than the Walmart next door. Lots of workers not working. It must be nice to stand around and chop it up. Hilarious.

This is like my second home. I buy many things in bulk. So I like it a lot. There are sales for many items often. Very neatly maintained. Love to get gas for my cars here as it's the cheapest in my entire city.

I had, what was about to be a terrible experience today. After some hiccups with appointment scheduling over the phone I came in-store a few days ago or so to get scheduled for a tire rotation. Over the phone I was told walk-in welcome, appointments preferred at the tire center, but it seems nearly impossible to be seen as a walk in, unless you have 2+ hours to burn and I typically don’t. Appt was for today at 2, so I take a late lunch to be here on time only to learn that I don’t have an appointment because the rep entered the incorrect appointment information. Funny thing is, he made me a appt for Sunday, which would have worked better because I would not have had to worry about taking off work, but he told me the soonest I could get in was Monday at 2. Anyway, things got a little tense with me and the tire center staff because I was understandably upset, considering they were telling me my only option was to wait until 4pm (a whole 2 hours) or reschedule. When I asked for a manager they also stated that they could not provide his work contact information. The other option I was presented with was to go to the front of the store and try to get the Tire Center managers info or ta

This Sam's Club location provides a consistently smooth and pleasant shopping experience. While weekends may be busier, weekdays offer a more relaxed atmosphere. The Scan & Go feature is very convenient, significantly reducing checkout wait times. The recent improvements, such as the addition of fresh orange juice and a sushi station, are great additions that enhance the overall shopping experience. It's certainly a dependable location for bulk shopping with some modern conveniences.
